Description
Add work to permit PB-589522-26 to reframe basement walls and refinish basement. Demolition on permit permit PB-589522-26 included entire perimeter except bathroom area. Bathroom was existing and remained intact (including wall on foundation perimeter). Stairs were existing and remained intact. Closets/storage were existing and remained partially intact (perimeter walls were removed). Closets/storage will be reframed if necessary. Add one wall (non load bearing) to create an office with door opening. Door will be hanging slide door. Rerun electrical for lighting and outlets on wall. <: <:Licensed electrician will be updating existing circuit breaker panels to new 200A panel.<:<:No changes planned to bathroom, water heater, HVAC or washer/dryer locations. If needed, additional permit may be required (e.g. move water lines).
