Base Bid:<:60Mil Versico Adhered TPO Proposal:<:- Job site safety and setup.<:- Remove existing roofing system down to the deck and along the parapet walls;<:walls may need to be removed to allow for tuckpointing prior to roof<:replacement.<:- Inspect decking and clean roofing surface.*<:- Install new 1/2" OSB board to entire roof surface.<:- Install Versico 60mil TPO membrane over entire field, adhered to the OSB deck;<:Color: White<:- Install Versico 60mil TPO membrane on parapet walls, adhered up and over<:walls with bonding adhesive; color to match field membrane.<:- Install edge metal at front elevation at architectural cornice; color: white<:- All TPO seams and penetration accessories to be heat welded with hot air and<:tested.<:- Properly flash all walls, curbs, pipe stacks and other protrusions in strict<:accordance with manufacture's specifications.<:- Staging area to be determined by owner<:- All dumpsters and equipment provided by Farha Roofing KC, LLC<:- Clean and haul off all roofing related debris on a daily basis.
