Description
Install a 13' x 7' gunite pool. This pool will be inground (35") and above ground (24"). The current fence on the east side (chain link) will be replaced with a treated wood 72" privacy fence. The existing chain link fence and gate at the alley will also be replaced with the same privacy fence and self latching gate. A paver patio will be installed in the back yard.
