I, James Lochhead, and my wife, Chelsea Viteri, are applying for a building permit to finish our basement. The residence we own and occupy is 6013 Elizabeth Ave, St. Louis, Mo., 63139. We wish to finish the basement of the building, including a bedroom and a full bathroom. We have a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician assisting us. We have already passed a partial inspection with the plumbing for adding sewage piping for the bathroom.
