Description
Reconstruction of a two-story residential apartment unit and basement following fire, smoke, water, and secondary plumbing damage. Scope includes replacement and repair of fire-damaged and water-damaged building components, including drywall, insulation, flooring, interior finishes, cabinetry, countertops, doors, trim, paint, and associated plumbing and electrical fixtures. Work includes reconstruction of two bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, bedrooms, living areas, stairs, and basement areas. Electrical and plumbing systems will be evaluated and repaired/replaced as required to meet current code requirements. Installation of code-compliant smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the dwelling is included. All work is intended to restore the structure to a safe, functional, and pre-loss condition. Permit fees, inspections, and any additional code-required upgrades to be coordinated with the City of St. Louis.
