Description
The scope of work consists of an interior tenant renovation within existing Suites 1320 and 1360 on the 13th floor of an existing high-rise office building at 500 North Broadway, St.?Louis, Missouri. Work includes selective interior demolition; construction of new and modified non-load-bearing partitions, interior glazing, and doors; reconfiguration and renovation of private offices, open office areas, conference and huddle rooms, IT and copy rooms, lunchroom/pantry, and a wellness restroom; installation of new finishes, casework, and countertops; and associated modifications to existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm, lighting, ceiling, and data systems to support the new layout. Work also includes accessibility upgrades within the tenant area as shown. There is no change in occupancy classification, construction type, or means of egress, and all work will be fully sprinklered and performed in accordance with the 2021 IBC, applicable energy and accessibility codes, and City of St.?Louis ordinances.
